Put an AI agent inside your Zendesk tickets

Connect Zendesk with one-click OAuth and let your AI agent reply to new tickets as a Zendesk agent, search your help center, apply macros and tags, and escalate to your team—grounded on the same knowledge base as every other channel.

Capabilities

A first responder inside your ticket queue

The agent works in Zendesk's own objects: tickets, users, articles and macros.

Auto-reply to new tickets

Choose the Zendesk agent the AI replies as, turn on auto-assign for new tickets, and let it answer from your knowledge base. Switch auto-reply off to pause it.

Ticket actions

Create, update and search tickets, add comments, and look up or create users from any conversation the agent handles.

Help center search and macros

Search your Zendesk help center articles for an answer, and list and apply the macros your team already uses.

Tags for tracking

Tickets the agent touches are tagged solveo-involved, and solveo-resolved when it closes them, so reporting in Zendesk stays clean.

Escalation to your agents

Your escalation rules (customer request, confidence drop, sentiment, loops, topics, VIP) hand the ticket to a human agent in Zendesk with the context attached.

Closed-ticket import

Import closed tickets into the knowledge base and resync on a schedule, so the agent answers the way your team already resolved things.

Why teams choose this channel

Built for teams that keep Zendesk as the system of record

The AI layer goes in; your routing, SLAs and reporting stay where they are.

  • One-click OAuth connect from the Zendesk Marketplace, with an API token fallback.
  • Same knowledge base, actions, and escalation rules as every other channel.
  • Zendesk-specific instructions on top of the agent's base instructions, or synced with them.
  • Closed tickets import into the knowledge base, so past resolutions become answers.

FAQ

Common questions

Which plans include Zendesk?
Zendesk is available on Pro and above, from $149/month, as both a deployment channel and an action integration.
How do I connect Zendesk?
From the Deploy panel, click the Zendesk card, then 'Connect with Zendesk' to authorize via OAuth in a popup. Or choose manual configuration and enter your Zendesk subdomain, agent email and API token.
Which Zendesk agent does the AI reply as?
You pick one on the Manage page. Replies are posted as that agent, and auto-assign routes new tickets to it when it is on.
What happens when the agent cannot answer?
Your escalation rules hand the ticket to a human agent in Zendesk with the conversation attached, and the solveo-involved tag shows where the AI took part.
Can the agent learn from past tickets?
Yes. Import closed tickets into a knowledge base from the Sources area; they resync on a schedule, and turning the import off removes that knowledge.
