No Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
All subscription payments made to SolveoAI are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, we are unable to issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: unused subscription time, dissatisfaction with the service, accidental purchases, or failure to cancel before renewal.
Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Charges for renewals are also non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period.
Partial Month Refunds
We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all paid features through the end of your current billing period, after which your account will be downgraded.
Exceptions

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your SolveoAI subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — there are no penalties or fees for cancelling.
Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, you will retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your data will be available for export, and we will retain it for a period of 30 days after cancellation to allow you to retrieve it.
How to Cancel
