How to add an AI support agent to your website

Create a Solveo AI agent, customize the chat widget, and paste the embed script before your site's closing body tag.

Steps

Do this in order

  1. Create a free account and an agent

    Sign up at /register, then open Agents in the dashboard and create an agent. Pick a template or start from scratch, name the agent, and choose an AI provider.

  2. Add knowledge so the agent can answer

    Open the agent's knowledge base and upload documents, crawl a website URL, or add Q&A entries. See /docs/quick-start for the full first-agent path.

  3. Customize the chat widget

    Open Agents, select the agent, go to Widgets, and open the widget builder. Set colors, size, position, and branding in the left panel while the preview updates on the right.

  4. Copy the embed script

    In the widget builder, copy the embed script and paste it before the closing body tag of your website. The widget goes live as soon as the page loads.
